Lots of guys stay at Iowa, where in other programs they head for the door. I think that's important to the consistency Iowa has shown over the years. It's possibly the difference between Iowa and Minny, Nebraska and lately Wisky and NW.

It's also why Iowa doesn't go nuts portal shopping. Keep what you have first, then fill in.

Good post and great to see others who get the big picture. The college football landscape I think will look different down the road and whoever we have running the program I think will appreciate the course set now and the stability built into the program.
