Looks like the Russian threat to attack Berlin worked-the German Foreign Minister was just on CNN and said Germany would NOT give the long range Taurus missiles to Ukraine. The agreement to help Ukraine develop missiles allegedly would make up for this ....someday.
Germany just encouraged Russia to continue to do whatever they feel like.
