Samantha Ann Carlson, 29, of 16900 E. Ft. King St., was charged Thursday with possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana. Jail records show Carlson with eight prior arrests since 2015 on charges including prostitution, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving as a habitual offender, giving a false ID to law enforcement, petit theft, possession of crack cocaine, possession of marijuana, fraudulent use of a credit card and grand theft auto. She most recently was released in May after seven months behind bars.
