I was listening to Mackey and Judd and Dougie Wolfson (insider) was on. They were talking about the Timberwolves's POBO Tim Connelly and how loved he is here. Anyway, Dougie has been in contact with Garza's dad. And according to his dad, Garza turned down 7 figure offers overseas but really bought into Connelly.
Dougie does feel that he has a "slight" chance to make the team but if he plays in Iowa they will keep an eye on him. I think the only way he can make the team is if he beats out Nathan Knight, a big who was on a 2 way last season.
