UM did have a run in the early 00's- with Shockey, Winslow Jr, greg Olsen!! Kinda like Hock, Kittle, Laporta, with a side dish of Fant -

There is no doubt or no comparison in the 2015-2024 time period. All 5 teams have about 5 draft picks, the NFL seasons played is equal, but catches, yards, and TDs as a measure of production are heavily in Iowa's favor.
Not that I am asking you do to more work here but how would the stats look from 2008-2024 as the hawks had several really good TEnds in college but not sure if they had the Pro success except maybe Moeacki in that 2008-2014 time period.
The logical and scientific thing to do here is obviously start looking at the data when Iowa looks best.
TEU as a label/slogan wasn't even a thing 25 years ago. Iowa created it, others have joined in for credit when it became a thing. I hope whoever started it copyrighted the term. It's good to be in the conversation.
