let's start talking about who is playing for the Hawks. Things to watch this spring.

- What changes will Lester bring to the offense
- We know McNamara is the projected starter in the fall. How does the battle between Hill & Lainez develop
-OL size and quickness improvements. Any redshirts who might move up
- Is Lachey back to full speed?
- WR and RB room
- Defensive line
- DB's

What battle? We already know Hill, who the Bud Man snatched from Fordham, is a horrible, pathetic, ridiculous excuse for a D-1 QB. The battle should be between Lainez, Poholsky, and whatever other walkons Iowa has. Hill is a known product, one that should have been recalled before it ever hit the market. Any time spent working with Hill this spring would be a waste, so you can count on that great QB evaluator Kirk Ferentz to give Hill all the reps. Great way to rebuild the nation's worst offense . . . keep snapping the ball to the nation's worst QB.

BTW: Is Brian Ferentz still unemployed? LOL

I see. Brian had to turn down numerous great offers because Iowa's still paying him . . . for running the nation's worst offense two years in a row. I'll be looking for a huge announcement about his next gig around June 31st then. Should be exciting. LOL
