With Fran's resistance to call timeouts I am starting to think that he doesn't know how to call a play on the huddle

Players have to call the timeout when ball is in play. Fran was yelling at players to call a timeout when we got the rebound and shot clock was off. Nobody paid attention to him, that's not on Fran.
I am not referring to live-action timeouts. I'm referring to stopping an opposing teams' momentum
I don't know, he's usually pretty good at out of bounds plays.
He called that one too late. He let our two SENIOR guards look like a couple of clowns against it the first two times down the court, resulting in turnovers. He called the timeout right after their second three pointer following a turnover. Should have called it after the first turnover because we looked completely lost.
