Agreed. Good on them (USC), that is a legit team. I offer another solid tip of the cap to the lady Hawks too. Very impressive win, one that I really didn't see coming v. that team.

While there are still some areas to improve I thought the game plan was very solid and there some pretty dope coaching choices that really worked. Namely riding with AOG in the 4th Q.

Although Olsen was super clutch and would be a very deserving POTG, I would also include AOG as a co-player of the game. Big, big shots down the stretch. Great team win.

I fully agree that it was class of USC to watch the CC ceremony after losing a tough game. I have great respect for that. But . . .

Watkins may have her jersey in the rafters some day too, but she'll never be another Caitlin Clark . . . not even close.

Shooting and scoring: Sure. Although from what I've seen, she's really good at missing too, and missing bad.

Clutch? She had 2 points in the 4th quarter. (Unless you want to add the layup at the final buzzer . . . )

She's a sophomore, but I wouldn't alk across the street to see her play. And, apparently, USC fans mostly agree. About 5,200 showed up for her last home game vs. Minnesota.

Give her her due, but stop with the Caitlin comparisons. That's just silly.
