Horrible comparisonYes. It was. Soundtrack was a cross between Beverly Hills Cop and Fletch.
Really? Much of it was performed by Wang Chung.Horrible comparison
Food for thought. I'll have to rewatch.Really? Much of it was performed by Wang Chung.
This sounds exactly like someone married the BHC Soundtrack to Fletch's.
Neutron Dance + Fletch Theme equals this.;..
Fletch's was kind of dark as well. Listen to these then listen to the one in last post. You'll see what I mean.Food for thought. I'll have to rewatch.
I remember the soundtrack, at least how they applied it, being darker in To Live and Die in LA but it's been awhile...
I just remember the DeVoe scenes being pretty dark.Fletch's was kind of dark as well. Listen to these then listen to the one in last post. You'll see what I mean.
Thats funny as I did the same at the time. Love the theme song. Thought it was so mysterious at the time but gave it a rewatch on some channel a few years and wasn’t near what I remembered. Also saw it at one of the first theatres in Des Moines you could drink a beer in. Can’t remember what it was. It's got one of the best trailers of all time. I was actually a little disappointed in the movie after seeing the trailers.
I actually saw it in the theater with my dream girl at the time, so I'll always have fond memories of it.
Would like to rewatch and and reassess 40 years later (is that possible?!?) now that I'm old.
