WE are off the bubble. Now how many times have Fran teams lost their 1st game in BTT, usually to lower seed?
No. We are 1 game away from being in the bottom 3 and we have to play @ NW. I am not trying to undermine today's win. It was a must win.

And that Northwestern team wrecked OSU in Columbus just 2 days ago. Plus it took a buzzer beater to take them down at home.

Pathetic that Iowa fans celebrate almost making conference tourney. You folks are the reason we are a shitty bball program; or should I say part of the problem.
I am certainly not in the camp of celebrating still being #15 but I would feel relieved to at least make the Big Ten Tourney.
I just want the guys to get more games and a shot to play into the tournament.
In my opinion, everything is already done. Fran is gone. Guys know who is going and who is staying. Despite their deficiencies, I don't want to see our seniors go out not making the Big Ten Tournament. Even if we win out and win 1 in the BTT we are not close to the tournament.

I seriously doubt the Hawks get another W. At NW is the only decent chance. Hawks likely end the season with 6 wins.
Minny or RU is gonna get to 7, simply because the play each other. Minny already has the tie-breaker against Iowa.
PSU needs to lose out, and they could.
Wash needs 3 wins to beat the Hawks. Nope.
Gonna come down to Iowa and NW on Friday. The loser stays home for the BTT.
I think Iowa's season ends on March 9th. I hope the future begins on March 10th.

Personally I feel if we don't go it will garrentee change and that's 100% what needs to happen.
If Iowa loses out, they will likely miss the B1G tourney. Is this getting mad again?
The win against Washington allows the Hawkeyes to live long enough to fight another day. Love or hate Fran, I always support the players that choose to wear the Iowa uniform.
