-Trump is a TV personality, and he's as American brash as they come. He'll sell just on that alone, due in part to Americans obsession with celebrity madness.

-Trump isn't an average Joe, but he acts like one. He doesn't speak in typical pre-doctored political speak, he speaks as an angry American who's tired of the BS, and has no filter whatsoever.

-He has the elites behind him more than people would like to think. He also has the money to tell them to go ##$ off, when he doesn't like what they say.

-He's put money in the pockets of all sorts of politicians, and he'll likely continue to help them out whilst in office.

-He's certainly more appealing than Clinton, GOP contenders, Sanders, or anyone else, just based on his ability to capture attention.

Now, I'm not convinced that Trump is the answer at all, but what I'm seeing is a very real threat to every candidate out there. He's already shown that he'll go for the low blow. Particularly when he admitted to the crowd at the debates, how he has used his money to make things happen, and publicly blasted the GOP candidates about them taking money from him.

No one trusts Hilary, Sanders is boring, The GOP field has no real contenders. Jeb may be, if the hate for the Bush family wasn't so strong. Rand, isn't as appealing as his father, though I agree with him by far the most.

Trump can win people, you better start realizing that real quick. Money wins elections, and no one can bring forth the money that he can.

Don't think he would have any more presidential wisdom than this talking doll made of him 10 years ago.

Neither did Obama, and he got in. It's not necessarily who you are, it's who is backing you up. Obama along with Hilary met with the Bilderberg group during the Democratic convention in 2007. From there, you automatically knew it was going to be one of them elected.

Both Hilary and Obama snuck around he media in 2007, with Gibbs having to tell them, that he couldn't explain where they had went. The Bilderberg meeting that year, was just down the road from where they were. This was when many in the public began to take notice of the Bilderberg group.

They are very real by the way, and like the CFR and Trilateral Commission, openly admit it. I'd have to assume Trump is tied into them somehow, as someone of his stature is sure to have heavy handed international connections.

Totally agree, let's face it, the Obama victory was the same thing. Let's put this man out there, call him different, have him make great speeches with greek columns, etc. etc. etc. experience or actual knowledge? Ha, don't make us laugh!

All it is is a lamo popularity competition now, first one to convince the masses of idiots wins.

Trump has that appeal.

From an entertainment perspective, Trump as POTUS would be glorious.

From a legislative/running the country perspective, Trump would be a disaster of epic proportions. Of course, that would add to the entertainment perspective.

Ive been saying this for month, trump and obama are getting support from people who are attracted to their personality and have no idea or interest in their policy positions.

Trump's like a vintage 1950s Cadillac. Don't underestimate his appeal.

Wait.....so HawktimusPrime is not only Aegon Targaryon, but he is also OiT?

There is absolute no proof whatsoever, that any other candidate has more momentum than Trump. I mean seriously, who else does? Look at the crowds that he is pulling in.

Like I've said before, some people may vote for him just to see what he does when he's in office. At this point, and like many others who have zero regard for anything DC right now, I just might for the fun of it.

Of course the electorals will decide in the end, but you never know.

The electoral college is just there for show. It's a token gesture and has been for a very long time.

It's interesting how this country's first three Presidents were chosen, and then how the last three have been chosen. I often wish they would go back to the pre-12th Amendment where the runner-up of electoral college votes becomes vice president.

Without the electorial college, the country would be in the hands of the corrupt mega-metropolitan machines.

Trump was supposed to have imploded by now, right guys?
Not imploded, necessarily. I initially figured that after a couple of months he would simply lose interest and wander off to other entertainments. However, when he shot to the top of the polls, the ego tickle was simply too much to leave behind. Now it depends on how the caucuses and early primaries go. If the tongue bath continues so does The Donald.

I have a hunch Trump is going to intentionally submarine himself as this gets closer. I think he's going to realize the job is a lot harder than he wants to deal with and that his ego has been fed enough. I really don't think he truly wants to be President as much as he wants to talk about bring President. I guess we'll see.

I completely agree. It's not only a hard job, but it's BORING. No random jetting off to nice places, no FUN!

Yep, and it's a whole lot harder to get anything done than when you're running a company and can dictate by fiat.
