I wouldn’t compare China and Vietnam in terms of quality.
Vietnam and Indonesia are worlds above mainland China in terms of skilled tailoring and production. Hong Kong is another step up from there.

#TrumpSneakers won't ship for another FIVE months (at the earliest) because they haven't been made in China yet. So when Trump claimed they "SOLD OUT," he was lying. There existed no stock *to* "sell out." Also they aren't paying the sales tax when they bill you.

Based on this thread the only conclusion I can draw is that even if this lost hundreds of thousands, which it clearly has not, the fact it has gotten the free media it did and has pissed off the left is worth it alone.
