Trump screwed over military, children, and those

Yes he did,.. And it's an attempt that will be struck down by SCOTUS, but likely spark a national discussion, so for that reason, I'm okay with it.
LOL...a national conversation about what, exactly? Immigration? Like that isn't front and center already. Amending the Constitution to revoke birth-right citizenship? Draft it. Put it out there. Don't pretend you have the power to directly overrule the Constitution by EO.

FTR, I wouldn't put money on this SCOTUS striking down anything he does.

Russians used to be everywhere, now it’s the Nazis.

Please, please continue to bravely post on here stealing your employer’s time to keep me safe from Russians and Nazis!

Trump’s executive order claims the 14th Amendment has “never been interpreted” to give universal citizenship to everyone born in the U.S.—adopting a theory that’s been pushed by a minority of legal experts, which claims the 14th Amendment granting birthright citizenship to people who are subject to the jurisdictionof the U.S. means the amendment doesn’t apply to children of undocumented immigrants who are residing in the U.S. unlawfully or people who aren’t permanent residents.

Joe biden got military members killed unnecessarily in Afghanistan in the greateat military failure in us history. Shut the fvck up, loser.

Everybody I know that was in the military laughs about all the shots they had to get. A sick military is an ineffective military. You don’t want to get shots or take orders don’t join the military. It isn’t the Popular People’s Front of Judea hashing out positions.
“Splitters!”

Yes, birth-right citizenship,... and you start the process by confirming our current interpretation of the 14th amendment,.. This E.O. is how you begin to test the water...

You don't know many people then. This isn't the Khmer Rouge.

All persons born...in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside.

There's no "interpretation" of that which can change what it clearly and unambiguously says. Are they "persons"? Were they "born in the United States"? Are they "subject to the jurisdiction thereof"? Yes. Yes. Yes. Citizens of the United States. Period. Gonna have to amend the Constitution to change it.

Would these be the same legal experts who believe in the independent state legislature theory?

Probably,.. and then that can be discussed.

I’m curious as to why it can’t be discussed right now? What might be the purpose of the useless dog and pony show?

We need a current SCOTUS interpretation on the 14th amendment first,.. If pursued at all this would become a multi-year long process.

So if you are ordered to walk off a cliff you damn well better do it. Don't want to take orders don’t join the military.
While I would agree about taking shots to stay healthy, why were they forced to take a shot that doesn’t prevent someone from getting the illness it is supposed to fight like most vaccines.
You’ll still have a chance of getting Covid and being an ineffective military member, it also doesn’t prevent you from spreading it to other military members.
Because it was proven to mitigate the length and severity of one’s exposure to the virus. That’s the facts, Jack.

Why? The language is crystal clear. Just put together an amendment to the Constitution rather than wait years for SCOTUS to rule on a clearly unconstitutional EA?

Bingo. I’m gonna bet any amount you like that this is the whole point. Just another fvcking issue for them to run on with no desire to do anything about it.

Proven? Not hardly. Not one shred of clinical evidence - only statistics. Heck, the clinical trials on infection proved to be completely wrong, and we found out a year later there weren't any clinical trials on transmission.

These people, like the Hmong/Viet refugees from the past are owed a debt from this country. People who think like you are the reason for human intelligence failures across the globe. You need to get out more
He only sees brown people.

Uhhhh…statistics ARE clinical evidence. What the hell do you think you get from clinical trials? Stick to whatever it is that you do best.

What's the over/under for people just thinking it.

Son is a major and

Son is a major SIL is a Capt at WP. You are full of it.
LOL...then you should definitely talk to them and ask them if they can refuse a direct, legal order. The answer is, of course they can. And then they'll be court-martialed. Read up on Article 92 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

Why? Why do we NEED it? Because racists want to kick brown Americans out of here? Never mind answering, because THAT’S the reason.

You don't get it. Go ahead and poison soldiers and yourself. Many good soldiers left due to it. 70 percent received a general discharge. The 97 vax rate is I am sure bogus. What is it with some of you idiots that want to poison others?

Statistics come from clinical trials and statistics come from observations where there were no clinical trials. There's a difference. Clinical trials have controls. Perhaps you should whatever it is you know best, or even at all.

You mean like posting in English? I can do that. And I'll point out that the information from observational studies is also statistical and has a long and respected history in the scientific field. Observational studies, for example, demonstrated the link between smoking and lung cancer. And there are ABSOLUTELY controls in an observational study. To think otherwise demonstrates your total ignorance on the subject. My degree is in biology and I've worked in a lab studying environmental methymercury. You?

Educate yourself. Or not.

Are all the other vaccines that military members are required to take stop all infections and transmissions? Start with cholera.

So you think it’s totally fine to jam some vaccine into someone that doesn’t do anything and didn’t have shit for testing before it was forced into bodies.
Hasn't that always been the way with the military. Covid wasn't the first time it happened. I am pretty sure you know this.

Ok times have changed. Some people fighting for your freedom didn’t want to inject a new untested drug into themselves but you’re saying tough shit, they did it in the past. Boy just think if we kept that mentality
