The were all undercharged. That is the point. These guys got by lucky. There were a half dozen or so that should have been hung or shot… whatever they do to traitors. The collective result of the “tourusts” that day was they delayed and obstructed the required assigned duty of Congress ( to certify the election) and that my friend in itself is an act of treason. You don’t think interfering with official acts of the Government is serious..I on the other hand think treason is the pentultimate crime against the People. The Rosenberg’s were executed for far less a crime against the United States and on more sketchy evidence.

This same guy didn't want to send FEMA to California because they didn't vote for him. He tried to withhold aid to Ukraine unless they dug up some dirt on Biden. He sent a mob to the Capitol and wants to pardon them, but wants to shoot protesters in the leg if he doesn't agree with them.

Discussing constitutional matters with maga is an exercise in futility. Most of them don't know how to spell constitution, let alone discuss it.
