Some day recharging an EV will be as easy, but it is not there presently.
Certainly was with 8000 stations to charge vehicles while people worked.
Have you ever filled your car's gas tank up while you were at work for the day?
Not before or after. Where you could pull up to the pump, insert the hose and then walk away until you came back after work to get it?
I'll assume that's a "No" as well.
A few years back I tried pursuing that market, building charging systems. It didn’t work out for me. There were outfits that were “better” at it.
Charging at home, workplace or other location where you are going to be for a half hour or more (ie store, restaurant, etc) charging is much easier and less expensive. The only time getting gas has an advantage is when you need to get in and out.
I am surprised that there were better outfits than you just trying to get into charging systems. Well done.

They're going to be lucky to get their massive tax cut through honestly. If they get anything else of significance passed I'll be absolutely shocked.
Removing 8k charging stations will only make it harder.
Honest question - how good/efficient are charging stations you see at like HyVees and other stores? Does it charge an appreciable amount in that short amount of time?
Do you have a gasoline storage tank at your house?

Hysterical Northern response about non whites. Congrats, I guess, for not going with a hysterical response about trans citizens.
I can't tell you for sure - I have a home charger and don't need those. My understanding is that the Tesla chargers are the best and will generally give about 60-80% in 20-30 minutes. The non-Tesla I have used when traveling take 30-40 minutes to get to that level.
It's getting better all the time.
They are working on the budget that provides massive cuts to medicare and medicaid.
It’s a revenge tour that does nothing to lower costs for Americans. Those of us with a brain knew this was going to happen… though not quite this aggressively this fast.
This isn't a surprise, EV isn't viewed as the future for Trump. Most of his positions remain stuck in the mentality of the past. The distant past.
If these get replaced by Tesla chargers we'll know exactly what's going on.
