I voted both, because there's no detail.
I agree Biden acknowledges a border, just as Trump acknowledged the health care system needed reformed.
Trump expressed a desire to make healthcare more affordable, and had some convoluted method of introducing competition, which sounded plausible but there was no detail and of course not enough support in congress to really do anything meaningful.
Biden has expressed a desire to pass the border problem to kamala, but neither has expressed any desire to protect the border, or keep anyone from coming in illegally. In that sense, you could say their plan is no plan, and it isn't vague at all.
