He has a gut but this “pants on backward” stuff is dumb. He’s not going to do that.
What is clear is he’s been wearing the same suit for quite some time without cleaning it, and the wrinkles suggest a lot of sweat. So probably some serious swamp ass stench going on there.

He could have also really got into the musical stylings of Kris Kross. Can’t rule that out.
It's just really ill-fitting and he evidently wears this one suit a lot, several days in a row...he maybe even sleeps in it.

There really doesn't seem to be a seam for a fly. Perhaps they are adult pull up pants? But the wrinkles really do look like they are on backwards.

I’m not sure about a diaper, but there’s definitely no fly on those pants. I have to believe they’re some kid of dress pants with an elastic waist. Very alpha. Goes well with the fake hair and scotch tape on the tie.
Trump is fat and 77. My Dad is 81 and wears an adult diaper. Trump sucks, but it sucks even more to get old. Nobody should be President over 65. I don’t understand why it’s a job market dominated by senior citizens.
