Did he ever go through w/ suing the cow from Twitter? It probably doesn't help him that Devin Nunes is the CEO.

Bit Coin sez you're mistakenYou don’t really need to understand how the market works to understand that a company with no revenue and no actual plan to grow it won’t survive long.
So, they made $75 million in 2022 on the change in the fair value of derivative liabilities? I believe I understand the concept, but what generated this specific profit?
I think I saw Rico picking up aluminum cans in the median of I-35 near Ames today!Hopefully Rico bought them up…
Hopefully he got hit by a car.I think I saw Rico picking up aluminum cans in the median of I-35 near Ames today!
Making up for the $$$ he's losing with his Trump stock?
Hopefully Biden hasn't suspended the SNAP for Rico.
Not cool, dude. You know how much of a headache that is for the car owner?Hopefully he got hit by a car.
We’ve got to see if the family board let Donald dump stock.Man, it's gone from $66 to $46 in 8 days. People tried to jump in on the "memestock" rush for a quick win, and maybe now they're all getting back out? If it ends up trading on what it's actually worth it's what, maybe $10?
Doesn't he have to wait 6 months, regardless? We’ve got to see if the family board let Donald dump stock.
Only "regular people" need to do that.Doesn't he have to wait 6 months, regardless?
The board can approve earlier salesDoesn't he have to wait 6 months, regardless?
Ahh, I thought that was a regulatory requirement. Thanks! The board can approve earlier sales
I would have hoped so. It’s apparently only a requirement a company does to protect itself but when the board is your family and friend and you need money…Ahh, I thought that was a regulatory requirement. Thanks!
It will be interesting to see which morons on the board decide to spend years being probed and sued if they allow Don to dump some stock and it craters.I would have hoped so. Not sure how there could be fraud when anyone with a pulse knew this stock was hot garbage. After decades of Trump screwing people if you were dumb enough to invest in this stock you deserve to lose your money. There are stories being floated that disgruntled investors are consulting legal counsel in Delaware over a potential lawsuit - if I'm reading between the lines, sounds like a class action and fraud would be alleged pertaining to the company's actual financial condition.
Don't shoot the messenger. Only relaying what I previously read.
Not surprising. Pump and dump schemes usually end up in a lawsuit. There are stories being floated that disgruntled investors are consulting legal counsel in Delaware over a potential lawsuit - if I'm reading between the lines, sounds like a class action and fraud would be alleged pertaining to the company's actual financial condition.

Yeah, "caveat emptor" definitely applies with anything that has "trump" in the name. Not sure how there could be fraud when anyone with a pulse knew this stock was hot garbage. After decades of Trump screwing people if you were dumb enough to invest in this stock you deserve to lose your money.
Still I do enjoy chaos in the Trump camp.

Think I saw him standing on a bridge in West Des Moines an hour ago.Don’t worry, Rico!
Probably a shrewd move by Don to not be on the board. He owns the bulk of the stock, but some saps sit on the board and will get the subpoenas. There are stories being floated that disgruntled investors are consulting legal counsel in Delaware over a potential lawsuit - if I'm reading between the lines, sounds like a class action and fraud would be alleged pertaining to the company's actual financial condition.

Can you patent shredding foam and throwing it in a bag?Down 11% as of noon today.
Ya just hate to see it.
Does Mike Libdell have a patent on My Pillow? If not...
Only if you include "Stolen Election" on the product tag!Can you patent shredding foam and throwing it in a bag?
Yeah, it's inevitably coming (though pretty standard these days if the losses pile up). I've received a couple of notices regarding SPAC/IPO class action settlements recently. The retail investor/little guy is usually the only one who gets truly screwed. There are stories being floated that disgruntled investors are consulting legal counsel in Delaware over a potential lawsuit - if I'm reading between the lines, sounds like a class action and fraud would be alleged pertaining to the company's actual financial condition.

Indeed. …….you DO NOT want to be a board member when the investigators show up.Probably a shrewd move by Don to not be on the board. He owns the bulk of the stock, but some saps sit on the board and will get the subpoenas.
