I'll never understand why they do training over civilian areas. We have seen to many accidents/crashes in such settings.

Poors like to live near bases.
When we go to the North Shore of Lake Superior we see / hear F-16s out of Duluth all the time. Miles and miles of forest and lake to fly over, yet there are always people around.
