I’d also wager they’ve violated the Privacy Act of 1974, used personal emails to conduct business to circumvent transparency requirements, etc.

That's a big NO. DOGE did not offer buyouts. DOGE serves in an advisory role and the decisions are made by the agency heads or POTUS. Second, there is no proof of personal emails used to conduct government business. And if Hillary, Joe Biden, Obama, and countless others can get away with doing that why in the hell would you charge these people?
