I think quite a bit, i would at least hope so. he is about 70-90 here (about there) coaching wise, and has a pretty talented team. In reality he had about a 1 month stretch of good coaching while at Nebraska when they went on that big run to get to the tourney in 2014, but that may have more been Petteway playing out of his mind. Our AD might be having a really busy first 6 months here. How is Iowa lookin?

If I were a Neb fan, I would be concerned about the wins and losses but I would also be worried about all of the players leaving/transferring. That is not a good sign and a reg flag imo. Your new AD needs to get a handle on what is going on and why players are leaving.

If we don't start showing some interest in playing defense and blocking people out for rebounds, we could be in for one very disappointing season

And its not just me saying this. Chad Leistikow of the Des Moines Register/Iowa City Press Citizen said this on Wednesday's HawkCentral KXNO radio show:

"My early reaction on this [Iowa basketball] team right now is that they are not playing defense again and that's a really big concern."

Answer....new AD does not bode well for any NE coach, except VB.

Also, check out the shooting percentages in their last game. Shot very well and only won by 10 playing an average team at best!
