I'm not usually a fan of the sports radio critics who seem to constantly complain about the "bad" basketball being played at the college level, but they might have a point if tonight's early games are used as samples:
UCLA's starters shot 39.7% overall, 25% from 3.
Gonzaga's starters shot 39.2% overall, 12.5% from 3.
NC State's starters shot 30.6% overall, but 45% from 3.
Louisville's starters shot 47.1% overall, 18.2% from 3.
By comparison, in the Iowa/Gonzaga game:
Gonzaga's starters shot 61.5% overall, 62.5% from 3
Iowa's starters shot 46% overall, 20% from 3
