Those Hawkeye fans who were dismissing Michigan are going to be in for a rude awakening when Iowa plays them. I’m hoping they are at least able to split their games.

I attended a few Lute Olson press conferences back in the day, and one thing he often said about scheduling was that when you play a team matters. Those teams who played Michigan in the first half of the season played a much worse team than those opponents who must face Michigan in the second half of the season and, of course, Iowa draws the short stick again. So I agree. Better buckle up. The Wolverines seem to have finally figured it out. Iowa can beat them, but it won't be as easy as it would have been a month ago. Not easy at all.

works for both teams.. I believe iowa is a better team now..defensively for sure.
