It's so weird how uncool helping people has become for some, compared to what was taught to me.

Anyway, we need to find a balance of letting immigration happen, while reducing that number a great deal, vetting who we let in. Make it a win/win for immigrant and citizen alike. Yes, I known immigration can me does help the economy, but it’s out of control and needs reigned in.
Okay, but that's not going to happen. Not because it's not possible, but because the steps that it would take to get a handle on immigration would immediately be criticized as soft on illegal immigration and everything will spin out from there.

You and I live in different realities and I do not see what I would consider the more fanciful of the two of those worlds ever coming back to reality without blood and tragedy. And unfortunately tragedy, seemingly being more frequent, doesn't move the needle anymore.
There are millions of people that are getting ready to vote for Donald J Trump for a fifth(including primaries) time soon, and make no mistake he is a bad person. I realize I am probably sheltered living in a small city like Kansas City. I just continue to be lucky I guess. I'll keep an eye out though, they're probably hanging with Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny.
