Utilizing Fant to maximize offensive efficiency.

BF has seen what The Patriots do with Gronk. I’m sure he’s seen how the Redskins use Jordan Reed. Both utilize their TEs to keep safeties tied to the middle third, and put heavy pressure on LB who have to make run-pass reads.

This year I think Fant will demand safety help which will open up more plays downfield and for Hockenson.
There may be 2-3 LB that can run with Fant. But nobody can defend his catch radius.

If ISM and Smith are even an average threat to win deep this team is going to be very multiple. Very difficult to defend in the passing game. If the running game gets back to its traditional average then this offense should take a giant step forward

I’d like to see TJ and Noah split out wide to same side to make mismatches in passing game or throw screens behind them to WR with them blocking.

We did that a couple times last year (placed them both on the short side) and it seemed to be effective. Theoretically we should be able to run to that side a little better as well.

With these two tight ends, we need a receiver or two to step up and open up the field.

Biggest thing that hurt the offense was that no one respected our receivers last year, so we saw lots of safeties in the box and run blitzes, which exacerbated all the issues the offensive line had.

Droped passes especially on third down hurt the offense a lot.
