We're going to find out Saturday if Sully is as good as we all hope he is. Based on how poorly Cade has played, it's difficult to imagine that we won't be convinced he should remain the starter after this game

Wisky beat NW comfortably. NW had just 209 yards of offense and only 82 yards passing. The Cats were 2/14 on 3rd down. This is going to be a much tougher test for the offense.

But if Sully can continue to get timely first downs with his feet, it just seems to open everything else up.

I understand that KF wants to say positive things about CM. Wants to keep CM positive and ready to go at any time. I’m also hopeful that KF can now see how our offense was limited by CM not being mobile. Would assume that Lester had a lot of plays that did not require him running. Did not want to risk him being injured. Unfortunately the opposing defense also saw that and schemed accordingly which limited our offense.

Iowa's offense fared better than Wisconsin's did. And the defense allowed less yardage. Does that mean anything? No, but I thought it was interesting.
