Well, there are multiple things that can be done to combat this.
There is always a tipping point. So people can collectively ignore it (nationwide), or do something about it.
I'm always amazed that we have the most powerful Military on Earth, but we can't control rampant violence in major cities, all the while knowing exactly who they are, boggles the mind. Cuz, Liberals. But it's the Liberals that are taking the brunt of it, so if they don't care, why should I. Pick up the pace I guess is the solution, then maybe they'll "get it", as highly unlikely as that may seem.
