This is correct.
No, it isn't correct. The key is "it isn't possible." My comment was not that the play should have been called differently. I said it COULD have been called that way. And it would not have overturned.

Beathard made a terrific play and it was correct to call it a touchdown. But we all know how much that means to some officials.
 
Nope. Could very easily have been Indiana's ball on the 20. Depends on what the official thought he saw. It looked to me like he fumbled it out of the end zone. Of course, my position wasn't the greatest :cool:

Seriously, very similar to a play earlier this season when an ISU receiver reached out with the ball in an attempt to score and it came out of his hand as it crossed the goal. If that had been called a TD, it wouldn't have been overruled, either.

The player that knocked the ball out Did so with his feet in the end zone. That would be similar in nature to a Keith Hernandez loogie.
