Great game by the Hawks, and a ton of fun to watch as a fan. All game long, it looked like we were physically able to impose our will on Illinois State. That always helps with offensive production.
Does anyone else think that maybe Brian Ferentz's new title of Run-Game Coordinator is more than just a title?
Especially during the first half, Iowa did not look to have the same Greg Davis offense that we have come to know and loathe over the past several years. Is Brian's young blood to credit? Is he the guiding hand that has injected some creativity and excitement into our offense?
