I really liked reading that Kirk accompanied Lester to Green Bay. I see plenty of signs of Iowa making forward progress on the offensive side of the ball. It seemed encouraging that the players after spring described the new offense as wide receiver friendly. The quarterbacks coming in all talk about wanting to learn from and work with Coach Lester.

Been awhile since we have valued offense as much as the other two components of the game. If the offensive line functions better in this new system a competent Iowa offense will surprise many.
