Curious how that would be absorbed? Not the Fran and Dolph eating Wig & Pen pizza part, but a coach watching his team on the TV. In Realtime.
This is quite rare. And it is not like watching edited video, without the crowd, timeouts, nor commentators. Not even close.... It is watching YOUR team, live on a remote TV away from the game.
Hopefully coach saw something he would not have under his normal routine!
I would think it would add a whole new level of perspective to the experience. It most certainly is not like watching a random game on the couch with your friends and family.
This is the coach missing the game management. Guessing what is happening next. Wondering why a certain play was not called. What if we/they had tried this scenario, or ran that defense, or called this play....?
And all live... Then having a moment of solitude between timeouts & halftime to wonder, what if...? It gives an insight that a coach rarely gets to experience. Almost ever.
I think/hope this a benefit for coach, and for the team. There could be some positive changes in game plans and strategies. Let's Hope!
So did Fran and Dolph watch the game together on TV with some Wig & Pen? If so, I wonder what Dolph learned him....
Go Hawks!
