Obviously a ways off and a lot can change between now and then, but the New Hawk Order (Hawkeye World Order?) lineup could be pretty f*ing salty

125- Keyan Hernandez/ Joey Cruz
133- Drake Ayala
141- Ryder Block/ Kale Peterson
149- Miguel Estrada/ Victor Voinovich
157-Anthony Ferrari
165- Patrick Kennedy
174-Gabe Arnold
184-Angelo Ferrari
197- AJ Ferrari
Hwt- Ben Keuter

Others could certainly be in the mix. Isaiah Fenton and guys could bump up/ drop weight etc

I fill out projected rosters all the time. It's the off-season. In fact I filled out Okie st projected roster this morning. I'll share it with you. Should be a solid squad.
125 Spratley, Wittcraft
133 Fix, Hughes(RS)
141 Jamison(Minny transfer), Young(Med RS)he still has a regular RS too.
149 Alvarez
157 Williams
165 Olenjik
174 Plott
184 Wittlake, Thompson(RS)
197 Surber, Haas
285 Doucet, Carroll(RS)
Carter Young had surgery I'm guessing he takes a medical year, he has his regular red shirt available also.
I could see Thompson and Carroll going if they are beating their counterpart.
Believe it or not Fix could take another Olympic year and be a 27 year old 8th year senior in 24/25. I don't think he will but who knows.

That is correct
Regarding ISU's lineup...lots in the air, I'm sure.

I guess Dresser realizes problems ahead since it sounds like he's working hard to get Echemendia eligible and the gigantic hole he has at 197.

We're gonna know more when names are released on the gambling investigation.

Is Bastida not coming back? He definitely has eligibility left.

Didn’t take it that way, it’s all good. Not thin skinned.
I know one think skinned character….you guys bust mineo a lot….rightfully so…..that douche is thin skinned…..I called him out last year on a swing and a miss recruit’s destination and the coward literally kicked me off his page….and it was nothing disrespectful…..dude can’t take any heat

Just insane.

That isn't how redshirts work. If he hasn't used a redshirt and he doesn't wrestle this year then this year is his redshirt year.
Multiple years lost due to injury and you apply to the NCAA for medical hardship and generally an additional year of eligibility is granted.

Probably not.
Well if that line up is not good enough to win it? Then we are in a lot more trouble then I think!!! You would have to believe that

24/25
125 Ayala NC contender/ high AA

133 Schriever AA type

141 Block AA

149 Voinivich ?

157 Ferrari AA

165 Kennedy NC contender/ high AA

174 Arnold NC contender/ high AA

184 Ferrari NC

197 Ferrari NC

285 Kueter NC

If that does not get it done? You are basically saying you have to have a HIGH AA/ NC at every weight!!!!

You are over predicting the level of finish at a number of weights.

Especially 133/141.
I would switch predictions for 133 and 149, with ? At 141. Block is so big, not sure if he will be effective with big cut, probably more of a 149 with his height, frame and doesn’t look like he’s finished with puberty. We may have a log jam at 149 soon, and hard to bump up with Ferrari and Kennedy above them.

OK, fill me in.

Many have Ayala as a contender this year.

schiever Would have to be close I would say

Everyone seems high on Brock

Had no idea on V

If 157 Ferrari can stay there, I believe he is an AA at least

165 Kennedy is right in the mix

Arnold has proven to be real tuff

Ferrari is #1 and is the real deal

Ferrarri is already a NC

Big Ben if he is wrestling in 2 years will be a champion

Again, this was IF this line up was put on the mat. OBVIOUSLY a lot of questions but....

Tell me where I am way off????

Ayala- Agree should be a contender.

Schriever can't be considered AA type at this point.

Block is way too unproven to be labeled AA.

VV could be an AA candidate but needs to elevate a lot to be a title contender.

We have little to project AA for AF.

Kennedy is likely a good shot to AA but we need contender status for recruits like him.

Arnold can't be labeled a title contender based on his current resume.

Neither 184 Ferrari or Kueter can be considered a NC. They are talented but not sure thing level.

Especially keuter. If they keep him at linebacker, he will have to stay undersized heavyweight to chase down D1 running backs and QB’s. He is going to be primarily a football player, which is what’s paying the scholarship and where the big bucks are. I just realized that he is tied with one other guy as the top rated football recruit in his class at iowa, and the top rated wrestler. Can’t pass up an athlete like that , even if he will be very part time, but until he drops wrestling for good, we won’t get a top heavyweight.

Took so long to get in, I may be one-and-done. Anyway, ready the archers.
“According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the Durango was westbound and pickup was eastbound as the Durango was passing three cars while cresting a hill. . . .The cause of collision was listed as passing in a no-passing zone.”
The woman hit by the Durango survived. With a slightly different collision angle, she may not have. No youthful misstep, this was a conscious choice to illegally race multi-tons of metal over a blind ridge, playing chicken with human life. What if that life was someone you loved? With that “slightly different collision angle”, it once was to me. So, no, I don’t care if Iowa NIL hush money quiets his sexual assault victim, or even if a court finds him innocent. I’ll believe he did that cowardly act, too, along with the indisputable life-threatening recklessness above.
Otherwise, I hope Hawk fans get all their wishes for lineup dance cards the next few years. It’ll make for exciting duals and tournament matchups with rivals, my Lions included. All wishes but one. AJF should NEVER get the privilege of wrestling another NCAA match. Release the arrows. (If I don’t respond, the wounds may’ve proved fatal).
