With the draft now over, I think it's appropriate to think of who will be the most likely draft picks for the Hawkeyes next year. I'll start with saying that, unlike Scherff and Davis this year, it doesn't seem like there will be any sure-fire picks.

Here's who I have as possibilities:

Austin Blythe
Jaleel Johnson
Drew Ott
Desmond King
Tevaun Smith

I think Blythe has the highest current possibility due to his ability to play any interior line position, but I would say he's maybe a 4th rounder at this point. Jaleel I feel could go 3rd round if he blows up and has a big season. I think Ott is more likely a 6th-7th rounder. King I don't think enters the draft, because he doesn't project as a high pick. Smith I would think has the talent to get drafted, but given the Hawkeyes' recent draft history with wide receivers I say he's more likely an undrafted FA. On another note, I just don't see Lomax getting drafted at this point.

That's what I've got. Thoughts?
