That stat is a bit deceiving. The only currently ranked teams Iowa has beaten are 24 Purdue and 25 Rutgers. The bigger stat is Iowa getting closer to .500 in Quad 1 games.

Joe T. With only 5 minutes. Worried about him. He can be very valuable. Need to get him confident again. Connor only 13 minutes. Would like to see him more like 5 minutes and Joe t closer to 13. But good win nonetheless.

Tonight really highlighted CJ's value. No points but he made some clutch passes and just knows exactly where to be during flow of game. Add 8-9 points and that is when we start revving this thing back up.

Yes, I kind of feel sorry for him. He is a fantastic athlete, but he has to clean up his ball handling. Weezy has to take some of the blame on that turnover but JT shanked that play.
Just seems like he’s on such a short leash and it could be in his head a little. I don’t know. I love his defensive effort and we could use his toughness.
When he gets open on the perimeter and multiple guys are closing out on him, defenses take themselves out of position and it opens up pretty much everybody else on the floor. He did a great job of using situations like that to find Garza tonight
Joey T is in a soph slump I think. It really seems like he's trying to do too much and ends up with a mistake. Joey T was much better when he got extended time. I still think he will be outstanding next year.
Agree, just hope he doesn’t get discouraged and transfer.
Great to see Joe W put together two halves of basketball. He’s been hit and miss a lot of games this year and our record shows it. Last night you could see his pro potential.
Joe will be OK,.. He knew how this year was going to play out the moment Bohannon decided to return,.. Next year he should be seeing serious minutes.
