Several weeks ago, the co-host of the Hawkeye Report podcast chided Iowa followers for not enjoying this special season. Guess we’ll have to disagree on the definition of a special season.

I contend that the D is the same as ever, the problem is that they are not scoring like earlier on the year. It’s an O problem.

A lot of the media just think at some point they will turn it around. Don’t seem too worried for some reason. But when we keep seeing this pattern again and again what gives us hope?
