Zone 5 still lets you smoke but the ash trays are smaller these days. Take your seat, pull out your newspaper, light one, and enjoy the trip!Any Delta vets have advice for me so I don't do something stupid?

That plane doesn’t mysteriously appear in MCO. It’s a flight that gets it there. Maybe not your flight number but it comes from somewhere either the day of your flight or the evening before. If it comes from a snowy place it can impact your departure. My plane is originating at MCO. Not coming from somewhere else.
Arrival conditions at RDU are expected to be 100 percent chance of rain, but well above freezing and wind shouldn't be an issue.
I was worried because the rain turns to mix in Virginia, but so far, forecasters are keeping the ice away from Raleigh.

Bet he’s the type of guy in group 5 but right at the front of the line blocking others from trying to get by him so they can board. I hate those people. They should make everyone sit down and not attempt to stand in the boarding area until it is their turn. I’m always trying to get around these people trying to board in the first three groups.Trad makes a statement like this, but frets about looking stupid to his new Delta friends.
FIFYI hate those gate lice.
I'm not a huge guy, but at 6'1'', 230 lbs with very broad shoulders, the middle seat sucks balls and I get crushed with the cart if I'm sitting on the aisle. I typically try to fly Economy Plus on United which provides just enough leg room to be comfortable and I take the window seat so I can lean into it. Nobody wants to see me coming down the aisle fishing for middle seats.I absolutely LOVE open seating. I prefer to board in B group on Southwest so then I can walk down the aisle and choose acceptable seatmates who I wouldn't mind sitting next to for the next several hours.
With booked seating, you don't know if you're sitting in between two Sumo wrestlers until you get there.
I hate, hate, HATE that SWA is doing away with that. It's what made them different.
You're shitting us, right?I can walk down the aisle and choose acceptable seatmates who I wouldn't mind sitting next to for the next several hours.
