What’s the deal with this vegetarian fed chicken and eggs?

I can't go down the block anymore without some ahole eating gluten free eggs with avocado toast.
Probably means their feed is free of animal by products like cow brains. Remember, Mad Cow Disease was started by putting sheep brains in livestock feed. Never put it past the ISU's ag dept. to find a new way to violate natural law in order to destroy human health or our natural environment in order to save some farmers a few bucks a month.
The egg section of many big grocers has become a refrigerated mural illustrating our social and political differences. Eggs for everyone except vegans basically. High volume, low price, no gimmicks is the big section. Then cage free eggs for people concerned about the chickens' standard of living. Vegetarian eggs for people concerned about the chicken's cholesterol levels and how it will affect them. Eggs of color. No small eggs, eggs start at medium and go to extra large.
Probably the same reason dumb people buy organic and non-GMO products: it makes then feel better. Nevermind there are no benefits and it costs more, but most people are clueless when it comes to agriculture.

Do you know what they feed chickens? Dead baby roosters that aren’t alive. That’s why they have vegetarian eggs now because people didn’t want to taste the chicken’s anguish it passed down into the egg. This is especially important with people who suffer from mental illness. If they already currently suffering from high levels of anguish then the extra anguish from the eggs can put them over the top and cause a full mental break dance.
Was at Panera today (overpriced jokes aside) and they were advertising on the wall (decal, not poster so it’s actually part of their design) that all their eggs and chicken comes from vegetarian fed chickens. That’s what made me want to post this nonsense.
And for the record, we do buy some organic stuff, but this vegetarian chicken thing just seems like a marketing ploy for complete hippies. Chickens have, since the beginning of their existence, eaten bugs and worms. Depriving them of this seems the exact opposite of what hippies would want.
