I believe that this is the Iowa women's basketball team meeting with a sports psychologist after last season's loss to North Carolina State that left with a 5-3 record. At the end of the video, there is a short clip after the Final Four of reflecting on that turning point. It is very amazing. Watch it when you can focus.
