A damn leader! There is no one on the team who has the balls to check his teammate for being careless and playing like dog shit. I've never seen any of them get mad or upset. There is no damn fire or emotion on this team. We need someone who is COMPETITIVE and gets pissed when stupid mistakes are being made, and someone to demand the damn ball when we are struggling!
