What would you do? Property line dispute

How or why would you fence that property? Driveway in the backyard. I don't really have a problem with the setup, just see no way to fence that property without looking like crap.

She has a patio that faces his house/driveway. My guess is she wants a fence to keep the jerk from constantly staring at her when she's out there.

While if he would of just met with her to begin with he could of avoided all of this and now he's hosed.

Surveys rule!

I agree, I would tell any neighbor to get a survey. Why should I get part of their property or they get part of my property. Most people thing the cable boxes are the property line but that's not true at all. It all depends on how the homes were built.

I'd put $100 if she puts up a fence, he's going to put up a camera just above the fence line facing her house.
