barring Luka's leg's falling off, if he at the very least doesn't get 1st team all big-10 (and 1st team all American at this point for my money), I will be more ticked off since Woolridge got robbed of POY in '97.

Because it's Sparty and Izzo, I unfortunately would lean Winston for POY. Did he get it last year as well?

Hopefully MSU strings together a few more losses. I'd think that would help Garza, assuming we maintain our winning pace.

Winston was preseason all in & everyone's pick to win player of the year in the Big Ten....that said he hasn't done anything to dispel that assumption. Garzilla on the other hand has just basically put up extremely insane numbers both in points and rebounds and in energy expelled. As a one man wrecking ball he has overcome Winston as the current pick to win the player of the year in the BIG, but there's still over a month to go to so it's anyone's guess who will win this award....being an Iowa fan you know who I'm rooting for.....and he doesn't wear green.
p.s. I'm guessing whichever team wins the one and only meeting in East Lansing on the 25 will be the front runner. I will add that Stevens and Cowen Jr could also be in the mix.....

I mean you would be hard-pressed to say any player is more important to the success their team is currently having, than Garza.
