Which Iowa basketball team are you more excited to watch this year?

Don’t get me wrong, I think the world of Coach Bluder and her staff. I love the way the women’s team represents Iowa and love the fact that they are really good. But it just doesn’t compare.

I love Caitlin; she is a superstar on and off the court. The Iowa women are certainly a sweet 16, probably an elite 8 and maybe final 4. But there’s just not the overall athleticism to compete for a NC. I voted both, because I think the men are going to be a contender inB1G and fun to watch. Should be a great winter

Yep, I think this Iowa team is damn good but probably a lot like the Minnesota teams of the early 2000s with Lindsay Whalen and Janel McC. They still got whomped by UCONN even though they were a top 5 team.

Perry I usually agree with you 100% but I think Caitlin Clark is the best basketball player to play for Iowa....ever. She completely dominates her competition, led the nation in points AND assists last year and is just amazing to watch. As long as Caitlin is here, the Women's team is #1 for me and I love Men's basketball.

Definitely the men. While the women's team may finish higher in the BIG and tournament, the game is slow and unathletic.

I voted men's team only because the games will be closer and it will be exciting to see them win some tough games in the Big Ten. I need to set my expectation for the women's team's games to Caitlin Clark getting a triple double and Iowa beating bad teams in the Big Ten by 40 and other teams by 20 to make the games more exciting.
