Aaron Cashman - Heard a bunch about McKee, but nothing about Cashman. Rated ahead of McKee, Teske. Anyway know much about him?

Josiah Rider - Heard a few rumors around here about him. Two spots behind Sasso. Similar talent or two spots are a world apart in this case?

DJ Shannon - 3 Behind Hidlay. 8 ahead of Rocky Jordan. Never heard of him.

Lucas Davison - #4 at 182 - WI?

I know there will be those on this board that say "who cares, he's not #1, we don't want him." Not even saying these guys are viable options. Just seemed weird that I haven't heard of 3 of the 4 and they seemed to be highly rated or higher than other highly rated and much talked about recruits.

Cashman was a cadet world team member in freestyle last year. Rider was a finalist at the iron man tournament where he beat demas in the semis and than was pinned by sasso in the finals. Shannon was a finalist at super 32 and might of won it but I'm pretty sure he took 2nd he's also won Missouri states twice I believe and is originally an Illinois kid. Davidson was a cadet finalist in freestyle in 2016 losing to karoly

Shannon is an Illinois kid that crosses the border for high school. He gave some of the current/graduated 145s/152s/160s fits the last couple years at Super 32 and Fargo. Explosive athlete that has put on size throughout high school while still moving like a smaller guy. Similar to Kordell Norfleet (17' hs grad at ASU) in growth throughout hs in size and ability while like Norfleet staying under the radar to fans outside of his home state(s). Difference being Shannon does travel to compete.

Shannon will be competing at Agony in Ames against #3 Ramirez if you want to get a closer look at him. He is a stud. Heard he is visiting ISU next month but I've heard grades might be an issue? That is entirely a rumor I've heard so excuse me if thats off base

Speaking of Illinois kids that cross the border for high school. Topher Carton came back to the light and is coaching at OPRF. Dude is a ball of energy/workout junkie. I get tired just looking at him.

Regarding Cashman, I'll pass along what I read on another forum...some people think he will be too small for a college 125. I realize he's two years out.

I think he's around -- saw him post under super-mega-ultra-sneaky handle "6relpparg" in the past week (page 2 of Nationals Predictions thread).

Cashman is solid. His style to me, doesn't fit with Iowa though. He is speed and finesse and doesn't necessarily thrive when a match becomes a dog fight. McKee beat him in their last matchup, but Cashman has a win or two over McKee as well. Cashman got injured at either Northern Regionals or Cadet trials, can't recall. So a quieter summer than he had hoped I am sure.

Only school I know of that is for sure after him is Ohio State, as Tom tries to break the record for most career 125 pounders on one team. He recently had his official visit there. He also just moved out to the OTC for I believe the school year.

Do you ask because they are joining TnT for recruiting weekend, or because you see they are available at "need" weights? Just trying to find the needle.....

Just because they were highly rated guys, not committed yet and I have never heard of or heard very little of them. Figured those in the know could fill me in and they did!
