Keep pointing them out and they’ll continue to be deleted. It’s absolutely ridiculous that an adult has time to make several new accounts each day. Something is seriously wrong with behavior like that.
The thing is, I don't think ignoring these handles keeps the emoji's from showing up, which is really all that's going on here. He's not able to post which is what the ignore would block.

Ryan is a paid worker, or possibly a prisoner, at a Russian bot farm. He isn’t the first Russian bot farmer to post here and unfortunately he won’t be the last.

My guess is this is the HotelAlphaWhiskeyKilo who was so entrenched in "what is woman" and other trans stuff. Either way what a f'ing child that person is. Imagine waking up and having to live that miserable life everyday.
