Now you're just being subjective. I don't think it's right that you guys use democracy to strip away my liberties, but you don't seem to care about that.
I understand perfectly. We all know those darned black folks didn't deserve the same rights as us white folks. THe Feds elevated blacks and denied me my right to declare (and treat) them as secondary citizens.

Well, that's what they claim now. After Bush I'm not surprised a lot of people would no longer claim to be part of that party. But I'm betting their voting history shows a lot more "R" choices than "D" choices.

Well, we aren't following the Constitution anymore. The reasons given for passing bills seems to amount to "well, the majority of the people want this passed" instead of following the Constitution. That's a democracy in a nutshell. Look at all this anti-gun sentiment. It doesn't matter what the Constitution says, proponents always point to some poll.
My rights don't allow me to infringe on your rights. That's the part you seem to be having the biggest problem with.
Only people who use the government to force others to live how they wish.
Perhaps you need to understand what your "rights" are.......Your feelings can get bruised, but your feelings are not your rights. We can argue this all night long and never come to an understanding. There is plenty of crap that goes on in my everyday life I don't like....doesn't mean my rights are being violated.

Look at the way the delegate process is basically a token operation. It's a joke. We can thank the ruling class and their media for that, too. Look at any night of a presidential election. CNN: "We can now call the state of Florida for ________ and their 29 electoral votes." Well, not so fast, Wolf! Those delegates can vote for whomever they want! But, who cares. You already called it on TV for the guy with the most votes... like a Democracy. This place is such a caricature of itself.

The BoR is the limitation on mob rule. You should understand that. It's very basic. That takes care of your Muslim issue before it begins.
I have stated repeatedly that I believe as the SC does that the right to bear arms is an individual right. I have stated repeatedly that banning so-called assault rifles is ridiculous. I have also stated that I have no problem with a required background check on anyone purchasing a gun. I have no problem with a total ban on high-capacity mags. I think anyone who buys guns for someone who is barred from purchasing a weapon themselves...that buyer should face a very long prison term. Public opinion be damned. There isn't a single right guaranteed by the Constitution that is absolute. You should understand that as well...it's even more basic.
