They'll only enter one, they just have both in the system right now. I think Iran has three at a weight in Greco for the time being.

France is so bad at wrestling that they need two...one tags in if needed. Japan's emperor was a big wrestling fan...one of the stipulations during the surrender was that Japan would get two guys into every World/Olympic weight. Not wanting Hirohito to lose face, MacArthur approved it.
