Why don't players shake hands at the end of game?

But after getting the vaccine, people can still get COVID19 as well as pass it on to others. So....nothing really changes.

Maybe players could shake hands if they wear 2 masks instead of 1. That seems to be the latest and greatest way we're going to stop the spread and defeat coronavirus
The probability of contracting after inoculation is absolutely insignificant.

Players run, sweat, spit, breathe in each other's faces, shout, bang into guys all over the court. As soon as they come off the court...they have to be 6 feet away from people they already spend tons of time around and put masks on.

The absurdity of it all is beyond description

I mean, published Feb 12 and active through at least the 15th only seems outdated if you're posting from the future...
That's for students who are quarantining. Better reading what your site is trying to quote, i.e., Berkeley's website:
https://coronavirus.berkeley.edu/
I quote "With a decrease in the number of students within the residence halls testing positive for COVID-19, other students in the residence halls (green badge) may now leave their rooms to recreate or exercise outdoors between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. While outside, students must continue to wear face coverings and maintain physical distancing. "
Green badge means they are not quarantining.

My info is not outdated, it clearly states if you don't have the right badge (holy distopian society), you cannot go outside for solo excercise, despite the CDC maintaining they can't find any proof of outdoor transmission when a proper distance is kept. Back to the entire point of this thread : optics > logic

The useful idiots aren't much for anything but what their precious savior tells them to think.

Those are quarantine badges, idiot. If you lived on that campus you'd understand. It's just a way to describe your status - infected (red, isolation), contact (orange, quarantined), and fine (green). Not exactly distopian DOH!

......I know exactly what the badges are. And my point stands.

(P.S. nothing says thoughtful insight better than digital insults. Sorry you felt the need to dip that low)

Your "distopian" deduction warranted it.
Anyone who insults via a college sports forum is either a) a child or b) lacks resources for a cogent discussion. I don't think you're a child, so again I apologize that you have to resort to elementary name calling. I'll refrain from logical observations to relieve you of that burden. To reiterate my point one last time; optics trump logic.
