Why is the final four on fu#%ing TBS?

"TBS: all the watered down fluff of network TV with none of the convenience"

I actually like that I can constantly switch stations and watch pretty much every game. And like was mentioned above, I've had freaking TBS since before Joe Torre was the coach of the Braves.

I love the multi channel coverage of the earlier rounds. I'm talking about the final four specifically.

How is this any different than any sporting event ever on ESPN? It's a basic cable channel, just like ESPN. Public Access? Keep the deep thoughts coming OP.

CBS has been running a fiction show as news programing for the last 50 years. Who cares about TBS's other programing. The FF audience will not shrink because its not on CBS.

Your anger is a year late, it was on TBS last year too.

Well, it's pretty obvious that he didn't see it, isn't it?

Guy obviously sill brings his pop cans back every month so that he keep paying for his rabbit ears.

And the TBS announcers make two biblical references since it was Easter! One was something to the effect that Syracuse rose from the dead. Pretty tacky announcers on this station

They're the same idiots that work all of the other games, genius.

It used to be available to anyone with a tv and rabbit ears, now it's only available to those who are comfortable paying >$1000 a year for what mostly amounts to garbage.

What world do you live in where you 'keep' paying for rabbit ears? Is there some sort of rabbit ear subscription that idiots like you get suckered in to?

What a slap in the face to one of the best sporting events in the country. May as well put it on public access.
Public access couldn't beat the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$'s TBS put up.

You want free, quality TV? For nothing? Must be a commie or something.

I heard that there will be dozens of octogenarians protesting at the Final Four, demanding to be able to watch the game for free on their black and white Zenith.

I would have loved it if it was on public access! I at least have that in HD. I do not have TBS.... Not sure how, and certainly do not know why it was on TBS when CBS has the bid. Why not make it available to the largest audience possible?

It is good to have games on other stations when there are multiple games going on at the same time. But not when there is one game at a time. That is Bad for the NCAA tournament tho. IMHO. Without question it lowers viewership.

That said, it was the ACC, so I didn't mind missing it.

Very funny, but there are people, of all ages, who do not have the money to have TBS. And yes, some even might decide to save the money. That's what you want, don't you, to see people of modest means, not spending on "frills." Seems there's enough of that kind of posts on the OT forum, anyway,. Gee, maybe they can watch through the store window.
