Trump, Bloomberg, Romney, Forbes, Perot....

Why the hell would any of these people want to be president?

YOU HAVE MADE THE WORLD YOUR OYSTER!

You can do anything you want to do that money can buy!

Why the hell would you want a job where your every move and action is scrutinized and criticized?

What is the attraction to a job that immediately causes half the population to hate you?

What could possibly motivate you to endure the media dragging all your skeletons out of the closet for all to see? And having everything you ever say taken out of context and misconstrued?

So, the choice is....

Option A: Float around the world on your mega-yacht complete with onboard helicopter and a Porsche, with bikini babes everywhere you look. Or....

Option B: Be a prisoner at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. But you have a phone and a pen.

Ego = Most famous man on earth
Ego = A legacy for all time

I'd guess those play into it.

Now compare them to MLK or Ghandhi. No one questions they wanted to change the world for the better. Do we revere them? And would they have been revered if they were billionaires?

Some business owners are like this. They try to retire but then their idea of retirement is to build another business. And if they were to retire they would die because they aren't fulfilling something. They are very driven and can't just sit around a pool drinking pina coladas.

Why does any millionaire continue to work? How can someone make 20 million in a year and not decide to just quit working and leave the real world? None of these guys need more money. They are just wired differently and need the attention, power and achievement.

Begs the question: Why would a non-billionaire want to be POTUS?

To get rich.

You must agree with this motivation.
