Will the Republicans lose the November Election no matter what?

I'd vote for that.

The problem we've boxed ourselves into who is the alternative?

We've set a current political climate where there is no young, and/or experienced guy or gal that I might not agree with 100 percent, but can live with. Especially not one with off-the-field questions. What we lack is a Kennedys, an Ike, Regan....etc

Oprah.

If they lose, they will not be able to blame "the liberal media" for their loss. This has been pretty much self-destruction from the get-go. If they win it won't be their "message" that carried the day, it will be Hillary and what she represents.
For me, the best result would be the Senate going back to the Dems along with the WH.

Neither of which is gonna happen. Trump has people motivated to get out and vote and his supporters blindly follow. Conservatives will come out in this election because none of them want anymore of President Obama's policies, which is exactly what Hillary brings to the table. The Republicans will win the White House albeit with a guy who is a total wildcard and no one really knows what the hell he'll do once he's in office. I don't think anyone truly knows what he stands for at this point. He's played both sides of the aisle and been back and forth on issues for years. Might depend on which the way wind is blowing on a given day, who knows.
And the Republicans will do enough to hold the Senate.

Between the football and basketball posts the OP puts out and now giving away the election already the OP is the doom and gloom sky is falling poster of the year.

Talk to me in mid-November. We shall see.

Dream on. Let's wait and see how today ends. Trump will have a big day, showing us that
the Independents are getting behind him, Democrats in NY, Mass and Virginia are too.
Trump said this morning (ON FOX!!!!)....." I haven't talked about Hillary yet......and Bill had better not come out again, because the last time he tried, it was a disater for them".:p

We shall see. At some point, the media is going to start seriously vetting the ol' Trumpster. The guy is a disaster. The man's hair is on fire and everyone is like watching it burn wondering if he knows it is on fire.
You think the Clinton's haven't faced this type of crap before...and succeeded? Who's the most popular POTUS (ex) in the nation today......by a long shot? Go ahead sijoint, continue to underestimate them. If Hillary runs against Trump, the result will be of landslide proportions, favoring her.

A Trump nomination, win or lose, should be cause for a complete overhaul of the republican party, and that's a good thing. I don't believe either party represents the average moderate right now, and the first one who does, will gain an advantage.

I just don't see how Trump can hang with Hillary in debates over real issues. All he wants to do is sling mud and stroke his ego with, "I am the best at everything so the US will be the best at _________". At some point, people are going to need to hear his precise plans and as of yet the guy has given none. I am not a fan of either, but will vote for Hillary to keep that lunatic as far away from the oval office. His appeal is mind boggling.

Trump's winning with old, young, rich poor, well educated, poorly educated (he especially loves that group), evangelicals, conservatives, moderates, basically every demographic group. Even blacks. He hasn't even started to berate Hillary. Trump can most certainly win in November.

At this point, I say yes. I think no matter what happens there is going to be a pissed off portion that will not vote.

A lot of Trumps support is coming from Reagan Democrats, so you might not like the outcome. Once Bernie is eliminated today, do you really think 100% of his supporters will go to Billary? If even a small percentage flip to Trump, Billary has problems.

Trump actually represents the average moderate. The left has gone so far left that even moderates look to them to be conservative. Trump is not a conservative. Trump is far left in the GOP.

I long ago gave up on counting on the wisdom of the American electorate to make the right choice in electing a President, so even a Trump presidency is possible in my book, as unthinkable as it might seem.

Again, dream on. Trump has taken on all the"wanna be's" in the Republican
party, including the party establishment, and he has won it all. Bill Clinton, the womanizer/accused rapist, came out briefly and he quickly retreated as a miserable
failure in support of Hillary. Hillary and all her crimal baggage and lies will be exposed when Trump decides. Can't wait until he starts.:D

You mean this 2-party brilliance isn't working? I don't believe it. If Americans would stop and count the names on ballots, every time, they'd see more than two choices... EVERY TIME! Democracy is wonderful. It can train people to believe that 5=2, and 4=2, and 12=2, and even just 3=2. Yay Democracy!

OK, if you say so.

Certainly won't disagree that the Clinton's cary a lot of baggage and lies, but let's not act like Donald is a saint. Amazingly his core supporters wouldn't care if the guy shot someone, but I think there is a large percentage of voters who find him revolting. I guess we will see. It's too bad we have eliminated the best candidates...the media seem to have the candidates they wanted. Again.

Per the linked poll just out, Hillary defeats Trump by 8, but loses to Cruz by 1 and loses to Rubio by 3. So, I'd say it depends on who gets the Republican nomination. A vote for Trump appears to be a vote for Hillary.
